What stood out?

Go around the room. Each person reads one thing they marked. If you know why it stood out, say so. If you don’t, “it just stood out” is a complete answer. Nobody explains, nobody corrects.

Compare after you’ve marked

  • The imagery of a tree planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in every season.
  • Being rooted in God provides stability and nourishment, even in difficult or uneventful seasons.
  • The connection between Psalm 1 and the book of Ruth, where God's presence is seen through faithful actions, and the fruit of his presence is clearly observed.

Your markings are saved on this device and will be here when you come back.
